<li>8-10 keping roti putih (akak guna 9 keping roti Gardenia - x perlu disiat kecil)</li>
<li>200 ml santan - (akak guna santan kotak Kara je)</li>
<li>200 ml air</li>
<li>1 cawan gula (akak letak 3/4 cawan je gula kastor)</li>
<li>4 biji telor - (akak buang tali pusatnya)</li>
<li>1 sudu teh garam halus</li>
<li>1/2 sudu teh pes pandan</li>
<li>2 helai daun pandan - disimpul</li>

Cara-Cara:-<br />

<li>Dalam mangkuk besar, kacau bersama santan, air, gula, telor, garam dan pes pandan dengan menggunakan whisk sahaja.</li>
<li>Kemudian rendamkan kepingan roti ke dalam adunan di atas dan biarkan sekurang-kurangnya 10 minit.</li>
<li>Pindahkan kepingan roti yang direndam tadi ke dalam loyang bulat 8 inci (akak sapu dulu loyang dengan sedikit mentega). Tuangkan lebihan adunan juga ke dalam loyang.</li>
<li>Letakkan daun pandan yang telah disimpulkan di atas permukaan roti tadi.</li>
<li>Sediakan kukusan dan bila air mendidih, kukus bingka selama 15 - 20 minit. (akak balut penutup kukusan dgn kitchen towel agar air kukusan tidak menitis di permukaan bingka).</li>
<li>Sejukkan pada suhu bilik sebelum dihidangkan. (Letak dalam fridge dan di makan sejuk pun sedap pada tekak akak...hehe)</li>

<li>Masukkan telur diikuti dngn air dan tepung gandum. Pukul lagi dan gaul sebati.</li>

<li>Biarkan sebentar.</li>

<li>Pkl telur didalam bekas lain bersama gula sehingga kembang.</li>
<li>Setelah kembang masukkan vanilla dan garam.</li>
<li>Masukkan air panas,susu dan minyak.</li>
<li>Setelah itu masukkan tpng gandum,b.soda, b. powder dan serbuk koko yg telah diayak dan gaul sebati.</li>
<li>Biarkan sebentar dan bahagi pada 2 bahagian. Bahagikan pada 2 bahagian.</li>

CARA MEMASAK <br />

<li>Panaskan kukusan dan balut dengan kain penutupnya. Guna api sederhana je.</li>
<li>Sapukan sedikit minyak/mentega di sekeliling loyang dan alas dngn kertas minyak.</li>
<li>Tuang adunan coklat, tutup loyang dngn aluminium foil( ida tak tutup pun ) dan kukus selama 15-20 minit.</li>
<li>Buka aluminium foil dan tuang adunan cream cheese diatasnya, tutup semula guna aluminium foil dan kukus selama 15 minit.</li>
<li>Setelah itu tuang lagi adunan coklat selebihnya, tutup lagi guna aluminium foil ( ida tak tutup pun ) dan kukus lagi selama 20 minit.</li>
<li>Setelah benar2 sejuk, boleh potong dan hidangkan.</li>

3 pot kecil beras Basmathi (direndam 3 jam)<br />
250 g daging batang pinang (dihiris nipis atau dipotong kiub)<br />
2 sudu makan serbuk rempah kurma (dibancuh dengan sedikit air)<br />
2 helai daun pandan<br />
80 ml susu cair<br />
1 sudu makan puri tomato...ida letak buah tomato didadukan sebiji<br />
2 helai daun limau purut<br />
garam secukupnya<br />
1 sudu kecil gula<br />
1 sudu besar minyak sapi<br />
Ida tambah carrot<br />

5 biji bawang merah (dikisar)<br />
3 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)<br />

rempah 4 sekawan (kulit kayu manis, buah pelaga, cengkih dan bunga lawang)<br />

Cara-cara :<br />
<br />
Panaskan minyak sapi di dalam periuk. Tumiskan bahan-bahan B hingga wangi.<br />
<br />
Masukkan pes kurma dan puri tomato. Tumis lagi hingga garing dan pecah minyak.<br />
<br />
Kemudian masukkan daging, daun pandan, garam dan gula. Kacau rata-rata.<br />
<br />
Masukkan air secukupnya dan masak hingga daging empuk (pastikan air rebusan daging sama dengan sukatan beras Basmathi...agak-agaklah yer)<br />
<br />
Masukkan beras. Perlahankan api. Masak hingga nasi hampir kering. (boleh juga dimasak dengan menggunakan rice cooker selepas menumis bahan)<br />
<br />
Tuangkan susu cair dan daun limau purut. Kacau perlahan-perlahan hingga rata dan sebati. Biarkan nasi masak sempurna.<br />
<br />
Taburkan bawang goreng dan sedikit daun hirisan daun ketumbar pada nasi dan hidangkan bersama air asam serta lauk berkuah jika suka. <br />

Malam tadi ida ada buat tutorial utk en.asben masak nasi ni, nak kena guide dia sbb dia AJK bahagian makanan huhuu.....kita doakan semoga mereka berjaya memasaknya pada hari t'sebut.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Perancangan mengenai menu, apa bahan2 & kuantiti bahan2 ida dh buat draf beberapa hari lepas sambil dibantu juga oleh kawan2. Masukkan adunan ke dalam dulang empat segi bersaiz 9 inci atau 10 inci kali 7 inci. Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu pada suku 175 deg C selama satu jam. Bila masak, sejukkan.<br />

<li>½ cawan gula</li>
<li>1 sudu teh soda bicarbonate...ida letak 1/2 sd teh*</li>
<li>1 sudu teh baking powder....ida letak 1 1/2 sudu teh*Bhn * dicampur & ayak lebih baik</li>
<li>Sedikit pewarna kuning</li>
<li>1 biji telur</li>
<li>1½ cawan air ......ida letak 1 cwn susu segar & 1/2 cwn air</li>
<li>Ida tambah 1/2 sd teh garam dan 1 sb minyak masak</li>
<li>Sedikit mentega/planta untuk mengoles</li>
</ul>Bahan tabur : Kacang tanah yang sudah dikisar, ida tambah gula halus( boleh letak gula perang ) dan jagung berkrim dlm tin<br />

Cara-cara<br />
<ul><li>Mesin gula bersama telur hingga kembang,( ida pukul dgn mixer )</li>
<li>Masukkan air dan pewarna kuning. Mesin/putar lagi hingga sebati.</li>
<li>Masukkan bhn ayak *, garam, minyak dan mesin/putar lagi sehingga sebati.</li>
<li>Masukkan susu....putar sebati/kacau sebati</li>
<li>Perap seketika</li>
<li>Panaskan kuali leper nonstick. Sapu planta/minyak di permukaan kuali, ambil tisu bersih, lap rata dulu minyak dlm kuali supaya permukaan luar kulit tdk b'tompok2 & tuangkan 1 senduk adunan tadi ( jika kuali kecil ) jika kuali besar, letak 2 senduk dan ratakan dgn belakang senduk tersebut.( ketebalan boleh ikut citarasa masing, buat nipis2 lagi sedap rasanya )</li>
<li>Biarkan seketika, bila nampak lubang2 timbul baru tabur kacang tanah, gula secukupnya......tunggu sekejap.</li>
<li>Lepas tu baru letak jagung krim...tompok2 kan. Tabur gula lagi secukupnya. Tutup kuali utk kuih cepat masak.</li>
<li>Apabila cukup masak, angkat dan dilipat DUA, oleskan marjerin/butter pada kulitnya semasa panas2. Selamat Mencuba!</li>

<b>Tart Crust / Shell</b><br />

Bahan-bahan :<br />
<ul><li>170gm marjerin </li>
<li>50gm gula aising</li>
<li>1 biji telur Gred C</li>
<li>290gm tepung gandum</li>
<li>1 sudu kecil esen vanilla</li>
</ul>Cara-cara :<br />
<ul><li>Pukul marjerin dan gula dengan menggunakan senduk kayu. Jangan putar lama sangat.</li>
<li>Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Putar lagi dengan senduk kayu.</li>
<li>Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Kuantiti tepung bergantung kepada kelembutan doh.</li>
<li>Ambil sedikit adunan dan tekan ke dalam acuan tat. Cucuk dengan garfu sebelum dibakar.</li>
<li>Bakar pada suhu 170oC sehingga masak.( dlm 20 -25 minit )</li>
</ul>Nota :<br />
Jika guna telur Gred B, buang sedikit putih telurnya untuk mengelakkan crust menjadi keras sangat.<br />
<br />
<b>Cream Cheese Filling </b><br />
Bahan-bahan :<br />
<ul><li>250gm cream cheese </li>
<li>50gm gula kastor / gula halus</li>
<li>1 biji telur Saiz B</li>
<li>½ sudu teh esen vanilla / esen lemon</li>
</ul>Cara-cara :<br />
<ul><li>Putar cream cheese dan gula hingga berkrim.</li>
<li>Masukkan telur dan esen vanilla. Putar lagi.</li>
<li>Masukkan filling ke dalam kulit tart.( ida letak blueberry jam )</li>
<li>Tuang cream cheese ke atasnya. Bakar selama 5 minit pada suhu 170oC. Sentuh cream dengan hujung jari. Jika tidak melekat, maknanya telah masak. Jika tidak, bakar dalam seminit lagi.</li>

<li>Picitkan adunan cream cheese filling ke atas filling tadi.Picit biar penuh membuncit.</li>
<li>Untuk melorek, ambil sedikit adunan cream cheese dan titikkan dengan beberapa titik pewarna.</li>

<li>Isi adunan cream cheese ke dalam piping bag untuk memudahkan proses mengisi adunan ke dalam crust.</li>
<li>Picitkan adunan hingga penuh...hingga sampai ke bahagian sisi crust.</li>
